- 12-24 Months: Reduced rate of $2,525 (Coaching $1,975 + Platform Hosting $550)
- Ideal for: Businesses seeking complete AI transformation with integrated tools
The Nitty-Gritty (Payment, Delivery & Support)

Getting Started:
Your first invoice will include the upfront amount for the option(s) you select (First month's Coaching or First month's Bundle fee as applicable).

Ongoing Payments:
We'll invoice you around the last day of each month for the services selected with us. AI model usage costs are handled directly by you.

Payment Terms:
Please settle invoices within 7 days.

Meeting & Workshop Format:
To keep things efficient, workshops, coaching sessions, and check-in meetings included in the services are typically held online via video conference.

In-Person Sessions:
If you'd prefer in-person workshops or meetings at your location (within Auckland), these can certainly be arranged. Please note that in-person sessions will be charged in addition to your selected package fees at a rate of NZD $280 per hour, including travel time to and from your location (plus any direct travel costs like parking or fares if applicable).
Support & Fair Use Policy
The coaching packages include access to coach support during standard work hours for questions related to the programme deliverables. We operate on a 'fair use' basis for this general support.
Additional Support: Should you require more extensive, dedicated support beyond the scheduled sessions and standard Q&A – for example, significant one-on-one help, extra project-specific prompt writing assistance, or detailed support outside the core programme scope – this additional time will be charged at NZD $280 per hour. We'll always discuss and agree upon any extra charges with you beforehand.
Friendly Fine Print (The Other Important Bits)
While we like to keep things simple, here are a few other areas we'll abide by, often covered in agreements like this:
Confidentiality (Keeping Secrets Safe):
We'll both respect each other's confidential information and won't share it without permission. Your data on the platform is yours and kept private.
Intellectual Property (Who Owns What):
The AI platform itself (the underlying tech we set up) is licensed to you for use, but the cool AI solutions and strategies you develop using it are yours! Any specific tools or materials we provide as part of the coaching remain ours, but you get to use them as part of the programme. Your use of third-party AI models via the platform is also subject to their respective terms.
Things Happen (Limitation of Liability):
We promise to do our best work! But, like most service agreements, there's usually a clause saying neither party is liable for huge, unforeseen consequential damages arising from this agreement. Let's focus on working together positively!
Wrapping Up (Termination):
If things change after the initial commitment period for your chosen option(s), we'll just need reasonable notice (like 30 days) from either side to wrap things up. Specifically:
- For Option 1: 30 days' notice applies after the initial 6-month commitment.
- For Option 2: 30 days' notice applies after the initial 12-month commitment.
- Access to the platform (if applicable) continues as long as any required hosting and setup fee payments are being made.
Where We Stand (Governing Law):
If any serious disagreements arise that we can't sort out together, this agreement will be interpreted under the laws of New Zealand.
